High Sensitivity 0.05ppb Crystal Violet ELISA Test Kit with 75-95% Recovery and 96T Specification for Fish and Shrimp Samples

Crystal Violet/LCV ELISA Test Kit (patent-pending) is designed for routine screening of Crystal Violet and Leuco Crystal Violet in various aquaculture samples including fish, shrimp, fish/shrimp feed, fish oil, and water samples from fish farms or fishponds.

The method utilizes a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay. Crystal Violet is pre-coated in the plate wells. During analysis, sample extract and calibrators are added to the wells followed by CV-antibody to initiate the reaction. After a 30-minute incubation, wells are washed and CV-HRP conjugate is added for another 30 minutes. Following a second wash, substrate is added and any bound enzyme conjugate converts it to blue color. After 15 minutes, the reaction is stopped and color intensity is measured. Sample CV concentration is derived by comparing color to calibrators.
